Every sin­gle day there are billions of peo­ple on this pla­net who in one way or another ask God for assis­tance and Divine Inter­ven­tion in their lives. These heart­felt pleas from the mas­ses of Huma­nity have been heard and our pra­yers are being ans­we­red. The flood­ga­tes of Hea­ven have ope­ned, and the Beings of Light have come through the veil to assist us in unpre­ce­den­ted ways.
For seve­ral deca­des Light­wor­kers around the world have been invo­king the Light of God and empo­we­ring our thoughts, words, fee­lings, and actions to heal the mala­dies exis­ting on Earth. Our uni­fied inten­tion was to trans­form this pla­net and all her Life into her ulti­mate des­tiny, which is Hea­ven on Earth. With such a monu­men­tal job our efforts often see­med futile, but that was an illu­sion. Every effort to add to the Light of the world is sig­ni­fi­cant and moves us clo­ser to our goal.
Now it is being revea­led by the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illu­mi­ned Truth that we have suc­cee­ded far beyond outer appea­ran­ces. In fact, we have reached a tip­ping point that will allow 2010 to be the year of mani­fes­ta­tion. This means it is time for our visions, our hopes, our dreams, and the pat­terns of per­fec­tion for the New Earth to begin tan­gibly mani­fes­ting in the phy­si­cal plane. In order for this to occur, howe­ver, the Beings of Light have indi­ca­ted that there is a very impor­tant fac­tor that needs to be addres­sed.
Over the past two years we have wit­nes­sed everything that con­flicts with Hea­ven on Earth being pushed to the sur­face to be hea­led and trans­mu­ted into Light. The old para­digms of greed and corrup­tion, which have trap­ped Huma­nity in the oppres­sive grip of poverty, war, hatred, pain, and suf­fe­ring of every kind are crum­bling before our very eyes. As a result of this pur­ging, many peo­ple are going through inc­re­dibly cha­llen­ging things in every facet of their lives. This is cau­sing peo­ple all over the world to feel hel­pless and overwhel­med. 
This situa­tion is crea­ting fear and giving peo­ple the erro­neous impres­sion that things are get­ting pro­gres­si­vely worse, which has trig­ge­red millions of peo­ple to res­pond to their cha­llen­ges in a des­pe­rate sur­vi­val mode. This is the oppo­site of the COC­REA­TION MODE and the CONS­CIOUS­NESS OF ONE­NESS that is neces­sary for the mani­fes­ta­tion of the New Earth.
To coun­te­ract this trend the Com­pany of Hea­ven has devi­sed a plan, and they are invo­king the par­ti­ci­pa­tion of Light­wor­kers to bring the plan to frui­tion. This invol­ves the grea­test need of the hour and it will take the coo­pe­ra­tive efforts of peo­ple all over the world in order to suc­ceed.
The Beings of Light have revea­led that pul­sa­ting in the Ethe­ric Realms above Washing­ton, D. C. is a com­plex of 5th-​​Dimensional Vio­let Flame Tem­ples. The Beings of Light within these Tem­ples have been pre­pa­ring for millen­nia for this Cos­mic Moment in the Earth’s evo­lu­tion. The fre­quen­cies of Divine Light that are neces­sary in order to trans­cend the current state of affairs on Earth pul­sate within these Tem­ples. These are the fre­quen­cies of the 5th-​​Dimensional Vio­let Flame of God’s Infi­nite Per­fec­tion that rever­be­rate with the Divine Qua­li­ties of Free­dom, Liberty, Divine Jus­tice, and Vic­tory.
Even though we are fami­liar with these attri­bu­tes of God, the inten­sity of Divine Light that will be relea­sed into the phy­si­cal plane of Earth when this Por­tal of Light is ope­ned to full breadth has never been expe­rien­ced on Earth. The Beings of Light have indi­ca­ted that these gifts from our Father-​​Mother God will allow the I AM Pre­sence of each evol­ving soul to FREE us from the mani­pu­la­tion of our frag­men­ted, fear-​​based human egos. This way­ward aspect of our per­so­na­lity has per­pe­tua­ted our “dog-​​eat-​​dog” and “looking-​​out-​​for-​​number-​​one” sur­vi­val modes for aeons of time. This dis­tor­ted per­cep­tion has pre­ven­ted us from hea­ling our self-​​inflicted sepa­ra­tion from God and each other.
Saint Ger­main is the Hie­rarch of these Tem­ples and he works clo­sely with Archan­gel Michael, and all of the Beings of Light asso­cia­ted with the Vio­let Flame, who serve within these Tem­ples. Saint Ger­main is orches­tra­ting this facet of the unfol­ding Divine Plan, and he will guide us step by step throughout this year.
The acti­vity of Light that we are being called to ful­fill is not asso­cia­ted with govern­ments spe­ci­fi­cally, but it cer­tainly invol­ves every per­son in the govern­ments of the world at natio­nal, state, and local levels. It also inc­lu­des every man, woman, and child on Earth.
We all know that fun­da­men­tal change never begins at the top. It is coc­rea­ted through the uni­fied efforts of dedi­ca­ted peo­ple wor­king together at a grass roots level. This is one of those fun­da­men­tal chan­ges. The Divine Intent of this facet of the Divine Plan is to open the por­tal for the Light of God that will clear the way for the phy­si­cal mani­fes­ta­tion of the pat­terns of per­fec­tion for the New Earth. This inc­lu­des our hopes, dreams, and everything we have been wor­king toward for seve­ral deca­des while stri­ving to coc­reate Hea­ven on Earth.
This facet of the Divine Plan which is now being revea­led to us by the Com­pany of Hea­ven invol­ves every man, woman, and child on Earth. This is true whether a per­son is aware of the plan or not. Since your I AM Pre­sence brought this infor­ma­tion into your cons­cious awa­re­ness, it means that you have a grea­ter abi­lity and a grea­ter res­pon­si­bi­lity to work with the Beings of Light in brin­ging this acti­vity of Light to frui­tion.
There will be seve­ral ways in which peo­ple will par­ti­ci­pate. The most impor­tant thing for us to con­si­der is that we have all been pre­pa­ring for life­ti­mes for this oppor­tu­nity. We each have been trai­ned by our I AM Pre­sence to ful­fill a par­ti­cu­lar part of this Divine Plan. It is impe­ra­tive that we ask our I AM Pre­sence for gui­dance. Then, we must lis­ten to the inner promp­tings of our heart to learn what our part of this mis­sion is. 
Our Father-​​Mother God and the entire Com­pany of Hea­ven are asking Light­wor­kers around the world to res­pond to this cla­rion call. We are being asked to inc­rease our ser­vice to the Light. This, in fact, is why we were given the pri­vi­lege of embod­ying on Earth during this aus­pi­cious moment of Earth’s Ascen­sion.
Light­wor­kers from all over the world are being asked to gather within the for­ce­field of the Ethe­ric Vio­let Flame Tem­ples of Liberty, Free­dom, Divine Jus­tice, and Vic­tory, which pul­sate above Washing­ton, D. C. and the surroun­ding areas. Together we will form a mighty trans­for­mer of Light through which the Light of God will pour to open this por­tal of Light to full breadth. We will serve as surro­ga­tes on behalf of ALL Huma­nity, and through the trans­for­mer of our uni­fied Heart Fla­mes, the I AM Pre­sence of every man, woman, and child will receive this unpre­ce­den­ted influx of Divine Light.
This must be a joint effort. No mat­ter how capa­ble the Legions of Light in the Realms of Illu­mi­ned Truth are or how com­mit­ted these Beings are to hel­ping us coc­reate Hea­ven on Earth, they can­not do it for us. They can only res­pond to our willing­ness to serve as ins­tru­ments of God in the phy­si­cal plane. But, ama­zingly, once we res­pond to our heart’s call and volun­teer to do wha­te­ver it takes to be the Open Door that no one can shut, the flood­ga­tes of Hea­ven open to assist us.
These sel­fless mes­sen­gers of God have been given per­mis­sion by our Father-​​Mother God to amplify our efforts a thou­sand times a thou­sand­fold. This means that the more Light­wor­kers who res­pond to this cla­rion call, the more power­ful we will be and the more Light the Com­pany of Hea­ven will be able to add to this Divine Plan.
The vehicle that will be used to gather Light­wor­kers within the for­ce­field of Free­dom, Liberty, Divine Jus­tice, Vic­tory, and the Vio­let Flame of God’s Infi­nite Per­fec­tion is the 24th Annual World Con­gress on Illu­mi­na­tion. This event will take place over the anni­ver­sary of Har­mo­nic Con­ver­gence, August 14–19, 2010, at the Crys­tal Gate­way Marriott in Arling­ton, Vir­gi­nia.
Ask your I AM Pre­sence what your part is in this Divine Plan. Lis­ten to your heart, and you will KNOW. If you have the heart call to tra­vel to Arling­ton, Vir­gi­nia, which is in the surroun­ding area of Washing­ton, D. C., to serve Huma­nity and all Life in this way, ask the Com­pany of Hea­ven for assis­tance. The flood­ga­tes of Hea­ven will open to pave the way for you to attend this acti­vity of Light. Be open, be recep­tive, and Trust.

They will tra­vel to Arling­ton, Vir­gi­nia, to become part of the mighty trans­for­mer through which the Light of God will flow to open the por­tal of Free­dom, Liberty, Divine Jus­tice, Vic­tory, and the Vio­let Flame of God’s Infi­nite Per­fec­tion.
Some Light­wor­kers will be ins­pi­red to tra­vel to various sac­red sites to anchor these pat­terns into Mother Earth’s Crys­tal Grid Sys­tem. Others will gather with groups in their own loca­tions to weave their Light into this uni­fied acti­vity of Light. And still others will join in cons­cious­ness from the soli­tude of their own sanc­tua­ries.
All of these ways of par­ti­ci­pa­ting are vital to the suc­cess of this Divine Mis­sion. The impor­tant thing is that you truly lis­ten to your heart and res­pond accor­ding to YOUR par­ti­cu­lar facet of this Divine Plan. No mat­ter where you are gui­ded to be, know that we are ALL One.
